Uvaldi was trying to take a picture with Beto O'Rourke at an event in Dallas, Texas. She says he grabbed her phone and tried to pry it out of her hand as she filmed him. Uvaldi is suing beto's campaign, the staffer who assaulted her and the police officer that pushed her off stage. The incident has been investigated by dallas public integrity unit but no charges have been brought against anyone so far.
