Is There a Requirement Specific to General Purpose Systems?
General models, we talk about natinal models, will be constrained because they will be applied in a bunch of different n contexts. And in some contects, they will be like, in high risk and have like, a very bad outcome. Ahat i think, like might warrant a having specific regulation of thes these particular systems, of these particular actors. But my guess is that, like, putting some responsibilities on those, that's going to be, it'sgoing to be therighto way to go.
