The Role of Autonomy in Coaching
There's a lot of research around autonomy, which is about then the individual choice or at least autonomy has been very much interpreted and maybe kind of politically almost taken to be like personal choice. But I would argue autonomy is not that that's that is one aspect of autonomy, but an arguably a more important aspect is being able to express what you value. That becomes then you can design that into training sessions. You can very simply ask the players what they enjoy most about playing the game and you can start from there.
