Sometimes we don't just need a break from people. We actually need interaction with people to hel us overcome some of that fatigue. Doctors will say that getting too much sleep is just as bad as getting too little. The thing you're assuming is what you need, oh, to go wedge, or go watch sports or go be by yourself, might actually not be the thing that recharges you.
