In 1952, Harold Yuri and Stanley Miller created a tiny world to simulate early earth. The setup they used was incredibly simple. They had two glass containers, one of which has water in it. And the other one has a mixture of gases. These two glass containers were then linked by glass tubes. Each of them was being manipulated in some way.
How did life on Earth start? To help answer that, researchers are trying to create some life for themselves.
