Neo Banks Are Not Banks

Most of these neo banks, whether chime or aspiration or n 26 or m one, i can't bet a million of them are not banks. They're like these kind of skins set on top of bankor or some ik other bank that you never really see. And they and behind the scenes, thete's just some old bank. But the neo bank brand is not a bank at all. The only, the main exception to this, there are two exceptions to this that i can think of.
