Three people were indicted by John Durham. The first was an attorney named Kevin Kleinsmith, no cheese man, but Kleinsmith. He pled guilty to one count of 18 USC section one thousand one of lying on information that was part of a memo sent to the lawyers who prepared that FISA court application. What happened was he asked the CIA if Carter Page was an active source, right? That would explain or that might explain why he's palling around with all these Russian assets,. Right? He got back an email that said Page had previously served as an active source and was presently an operational contact.
