How to Communicate With a Beginner Speaker?

The company should really, you know, realize that they have a lot of people coming in who are new to this country and what can they do to help them. I think it's crazy that an employer would just throw in these employees who don't have any English skills into this English speaking environment. That's tricky. Don't worry about it too much.
