If you if your only option was either a swan or a t-e-e would you place those or would you kind of wait and see or what would your cut off therapy wow that's a really hard question. i have to be totally honest i have very little experience with a swan and then of course you do have to be worried about that theoretical risk of pulmonary artery rupture right? If you had a really good bedside ultrasonographer and a cardiologist that could read a trans-lurassic thoracic echo that might be helpful because your differential of diagnosis of hypotension would be still intravascular vomit depletion. now so what about so there's some centers um
