How to React Quickly to an Announcement
For someone like you who's managing hundreds of millions of dollars how quickly can you react to that kind of announcement? Does depend on the announcement and you know how much time is required to investigate the issue if it is an issue. Sometimes you can just speak to management you can get some clarification other times you might not trust what management is saying so you need to speak to other people in the industry or say it's a stock where you've leaned on an analyst on the sell side they often take longer because they have to go through their compliance processes.
