Is Russia the Best Place to Invest?

I wasn't prescient about Putin or confiscation of assets, but it's certainly a very strange place to invest. I remember having a massive argument with one of the bosses because he wanted to buy a Russian gold miner. He said, if things go badly wrong and the gold price goes through the roof, the chances are that owning the gold in Russia won't be the best strategy. That brought it all to me. Yeah, Russia is very young. A little ran, I'm not going to give the story away, but he ran out of British capital and find yourself. But I wouldn't be a good venture cap investor either. You think, why in the world would you do
