There's such a big scale of different types of bots now that you just have to start categorizing them. Well, we're going to end up in a situation where it's blended that we've got AI driven chatbots which sometimes a human. There are other avenues that are hybrid experiences like Facebook M. But also even some customer service experiences that companies like RBS are pioneering right now. Yeah. You know, the conference was talking about how Facebook was going to launch their bot store and they've not done it as big and splashy as some of these other companies.
