The Importance of Facilitation in Design Thinking
It often happens that there might be trainers and people that do training because they know most about the method, but nothing about the facilitation. And then we get university style lecture with slides and no empathy and no understanding for different types of learning. It's sort of the expertise of the domain that's more required in such case.
