A Few Things You Can Do to Help Your Ankle Pain
Take a deep breath, take a look at things. It can be difficult to find what the the pain generating source is. I probably would start with a little bit of ankle mobility and some calf stretching. Any time that you start to feel things, don't be aggressive with it. If you dyou have even a mild acute injury, if you're superaggressive, you can make it worse.
