The point of humility is to look fixatively at God and then recognize that the gaze that we cast towards secondary goods is a passing gaze, right? We can't become fixed on them. So yeah, when, when Saint Francis is sales then talks about objection, he thinks about it as a kind of opportunity. It's an opportunity to recognize what's good and then what's less good. And then to have that become an occasion whereby we turn back to the Lord.
