The Importance of Purpose and Profit in Innovation

Simon: We want to live out our purpose but we want to also look for opportunities where we can, you know, drive business efficiency and oftentimes those two things are the same. I think when you hear a word like sustainable, you sometimes assume that it's more expensive and less good. And I think we need to swap that and see it more as a transformational shift in the way that we make products and services. It's full of economic and innovation opportunity.
