I did breathing exercises once on the set of Sherlock really. I was trying to find ways of calming the noises in your head and certainly when you're shooting those noises can get very loud and very intense what kind of noises are they? It's impossible on the show not to name drop is it so it's impossible because it sounds like an end up but I'm not like oh it was oh we we try and do it all the time the puck has so big now.
