Do You Think That's Less Effective in Fitness?
We falsely believe that the perceived challenge and intensity and sweat and pain, that that perception is what makes the work out effective. If i do 20 minutes a day of exercise, that's a hundred and forty minutes of exercise a week. But then when it comes to behaviour building, like a little bit every day,. you it happens much faster. You practise every single day. It becomes a part of your day. So my leave thinking, oh, that was more effective. Now we actully have studies showing that not only is it not more effective, actually might be more effective to do the smaller oses daily.
