And that seems like it's a completely different part of the brain than what we're talking about here. So at the end of the day, what you're looking for from this list of options is something that leaves you feeling relaxed and restored and calm but awake. We're not necessarily looking for things to put us asleep. We're just looking to access that calm, awake state that many of us don't spend llout a time in.
