The Reality of Reacting to Abuse

Dylan's mother sent him to a behavioral correction center for boys. He walked into that correction center being seen as the problem for his reactivity. It is full blown abuse to do things like this to a person much less a child and then put their head in a noose whereby if they react to it they are condemned as the bad guy.
