Jason: I don't think that these people are part of any problem as such no in fact they're using Linux at work is is good thing that's great. Nate has joined the KDE board and he's got some pretty big plans yeah. He wants to sort of direct community members and try and keep some of the tech skills in house where a lot of developers might end up work over a third party.
