The things that I think were effective hardening cockpit doors making physically capable male passengers on airliners look a scance at somebody being a knucklehead near a cockpit door we're actually quite cheap and not super satisfying politically. Public opinion in terms of the terrorist threat level is way higher than elite opinions still after elites have begun to sort of come off terrorism to begin to move to china as the great new threat etc etc public views are much more sensitive then private ones. We over estimated it so granted that we over estimated it what what ought President Bush what ought America to have done on 912 and going forward.
