Engaging Players in the Review Process?
Coaches need to make themselves vulnerable and reach out. Players are an untapped resource, especially for coaches that are quodencot an isolation. I've become a lot more mindful of how i involved players down through years. It's not really working, because i don't feel you guys ar being honest. Of course, they're not being honest. And i'm asking them to tell me when i've coached badly. But i don't believe i could all 12 or 15 would have ever felt safe to be truly Honest.
