The Importance of Eating Less

Every calorie has a nutrient trade off, right? So if you're getting 100 calories from a low nutrient dense source, that's 100 calories you're not getting from like a high nutrient dense source. You have to change your mindset on why you're eating. And assume you don't want to gain a bunch of weight or malnourish yourself by eating too many like low nutrient density foods. I really think it's like there's no difference between raw milk and grass-fed milk.
