How to Recur Regularly to Receive the Grace of the Sacraments

The Second Vatican Council suggestion for professed religious was that they should be going about every two weeks or so, right? And I get the sense or there are often are people penitence who come to confession every week because they feel good and they've gotten this habit. So again, this is Lent.
