Embrace It as an Advantage
If you feel like an outsider in fintek, you are that. And now you just need to understand this world. My best piece of advice would be one, start by understanding the fundamentals. How does aci work? How do reserve accounts work? What is a merchant acquirer? Right? Just ask the basic questions. The people who ask those questions, the dumb questions are the people who have a ridiculous amount of value down the line because they weren't afraid to say, i don't understand this. You're coming into something with unique knowledge. Embrace it as an advantage. Think about the nice thing about fintek: It's so deeply interconnected with the world.
