Taking Notes Is Not Necessary for Conversational Fluidity

I think that my interest in applying what I'm learning from the subject is much more important than taking notes. And if you have an opportunity to apply things, then perhaps taking meticulous notes is not as necessary. Because even if you do, you're probably only going to be able to utilize a little bit of that anyway in a meaningful way. If it takes me too long to come up with a word in conversation, the best thing for me to do is not to look it up in a dictionary,. But to try to word my way around needing to use that word and then see if I can come up with it later.
