Gordon Ramsay's Great British Nightmare Dovecoat Bistro

The scenes I'm going to play you are all on YouTube. They come from an episode called Gordon Ramsay's Great British Nightmares, which was shown on TV between series five and series six of Kitchen Nightmares. In this one, Gordon goes to visit a restaurant in Devon called Dovecoat Bistro. While Ramsey is impressed with the simple menu, he's furious to find that Mick has very little cooking ability using orange squash as a source. He also uses vacuum sealed pre-cooked lamb shanks in a microwave bag.
