Do I Have a Little Bit More Patience?

The practice that I teach is 20 minutes twice a day so it's a 40 minute investment. If you're shaving even one hour off of your sleep at night because your sleep is more efficient then you're already in the black. The mind thinks involuntarily just like the heart beats involuntarily. We want to judge the meditation based on how we're performing in our waking state, not how many or few thoughts we have when we meditate.
