Optimism in the Healthcare Sector
Supreme Court has decided to revisit this issue in the case that my colleagues and their co-counsel at Aaron Street at Baker Botts, another firm have just presented at the Supreme Court. So I'm optimistic that when the court issues its decision, we're going to see some greater protections there. The other is that there are increasing amounts of resources available to providers who are being put to crises of conscience.
