It's unclear if this joke was actually intended or not, but we feel it is too good to not be on purpose. A pill that can be taken just before intercourse reduces fertility for 24 hours. It works by targeting a protein called soluble adenyl cyclase or sec in target sex. Which is a vital protein for sperm function.
