In Japan tepco is like their largest grid operator so it's like oh i don't know what the equivalent would be in france but like in ontario that would be the hydro one equivalent. The people that the the generators sells their electricity to the grid operators and then the grid operators are the ones that distribute it to the end consumers. I'm very interested to see how it plays out because this is this was only just announced this morning and a lot of people are like oh oh that's an interesting one.
