Rana: It's easy for other people in technology to get really carried away with the capability of a thing. Like I honestly have been, even though I've been very, very, very deep in this stuff for a really long time. So part of what I hope that we have more conversations about in the coming year is how we can build all of this capability into applications where you're serving the user and where you don't actually forget the emotional element.
