Is the Justice Department Willing to Make a Search Warrant Public?
There was a specific person, ad justtie, signed this warrant. A top counter intelligence official at the justice dapartment is the one who signed off on this. We are not going to see every little detail of the investigation that the magistrate judge whosigned off on this, this warrant saw. But i want to be clear about this, although we will get some information. Even if the search warrant, the a property receipt are disclosed, if the judge orders them, diisclose, we'll get some information but it's all we're going to see. It is highly unusual because of the particular circumstances here.
