Why Can't We Stop?
I was at a workshop in the Bay Area and it was a little different for me because we did some reflective practices, which usually here means you look like you're meditating. And I said, stop. Like what do you want me to do? Make it more complex? It's not more complex than that. You know, what's the temptation is, oh, let's do more social media. Do something regardless of the fact that there's inherent problems with it.
