The Case of Tony Brooks
Tony was released from Broadmoor in 1980 and his release was contingent on him being put directly under the care of his grandmother. But she can't fly back and forth at this point because her health is ailing. She enlisted one of her friend's daughters who Tony had never even met. So it was more a plan of convenience than actual safety. Brooks seemed to be the only one who realized how sick Tony actually was in a weird way. And he kept saying he was really worried that Tony was going to kill someone else.
