"I get up with my alarms at seven every day and I actually get up rarely does my alarm go off," Pat Flynn says. "You don't know what your weekends are like on Friday and Saturday, you want to do all the effects of Friday night Saturday night", he adds. 'Wake up every single day at the same time' is his advice for people who can't sleep through the night.
