The Build in America Act and the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act
The heart of the Build in America Act is to extend and renew provisions that were effectively repealed or cut back by the 2017 Trump tax bill. There's some fluff there like trying to impose a special excise tax for certain foreign acquirers of agricultural property, sort of like our firpter roles. But nonetheless, the big three to build in America Act really mean versus earlier Republican tax policies.
