NATO and Ukraine's Joint Declaration of Support Ukraine
NATO has agreed a three part package it will give Ukraine a multi-year program of practical assistance create a NATO Ukrainian coordination council. In addition G7 members Germany Japan France Canada Italy Britain and the United States have signed a general framework document called the joint declaration of support Ukraine aimed at offering Ukraine military financial and intelligence support. The Russians are able to now electronically disable Ukrainian drones which have been so effective in the war to date and helped to compensate for Ukraine's disadvantage in numbers and weaponry.
