What Are You Doing?

You got to be open to what's out there. Open to the new possibilities. That's it. So number three is go listen. And I literally go ask questions. What are you doing? And if your competitors will tell you, ask them. If they won't, go talk to their people and ask them. It was amazing how many people were willing to sit down at the table with a competitor and look for solutions. We all came out of it stronger because of it.
