How Do We Define Hate Crimes?

Hate crimes are defined by the FBI and include both violent crime as well as non-violent crimes like destruction of property or pe. Not surprisingly, that is overwhelmingly the entries are overwhelmingly white in that aspect of the perpetrator. So with nothing essential about the groups themselves, or even stereotypes that have become associated with those groups overtime, it's something more about character stic of any group,. anywhere at any time that could also help to inform predictions about whether they're likely to be targeted for discriminatory behaviour.
