I don't think surveillance avails itself of exactly those technologies too. I think, however, what it does achieve and again to so just blow on the candle and give it a little oxygen, is that it does make you think of e cultures internationally as in a process of transition and translation. So i think the cultures are becoming more alike and different at the same time. There's something less about the deepening of differences than the dissemination of differents.
