Caracticus and the Ghost Fence
Caracticus chose his battle ground a hill fort protected by a river, possibly at flanemenic. There he arranged his forces, armed with swords, spears and stones. And they waited for scapula and his legions. Eventually they heard the rhythmic bass sounds of marching men. And soon after that, they could hear the higher pitched clatter of their armor. i wonder what the britons behind their walls thought as these human tanks marched towards them and lined up along the river. Conversely, were the legions still spooked by the side of the british army? Were they used to this sight, or did it still give them the hebe jevies?
