The first movement of any transformational process is almost always, I don't know. And that's okay. If you can actually say, "I don't know," the pressure of like, what's the next thing subsides? You release the extra baggage of judgment. The minute you feel stuck or lost in this culture, the pressure just goes exponential because there's no space made for liminal spaces. In traditional cultures, they understood that there are seasons of life for descent. There are times of life for uncertainty and unknowing.
