Is it possible to have embedded assumptions or structures around our practice and our work, that we can then course, correct everything? That's really a good question. I think where i grapple with what, where i've grappled with this alot is i can at map on to or overlap with clinca reasoning. It's so integrated with clinic reasonings. When i'm interacting ith and the patient, i'm thinking about some clinical aspects that are specific to, you know, anatomy, pathology, et cetera,. And then the person, and then the environment in which the person is interacting with them. The implications of your thinking about should be beyond your individual self
