How to Make Tax Refunds Smoother
Make sure that you claim all your income as well, including those like three Uber shifts that you did last October. All tax refunds are now done by direct deposit so go on to the days where you actually received like a little check in the mail. You don't want to not get your money back. One out of 10 cannot recommend not being paid. So if you've added an extra letter or accidentally spelled something wrong in a key field, it's going to delay your return significantly. The ATO has to go through and manually match your details. And as you can imagine, this actually happens a lot. But my friend, that is your fault. Remain calm.
