Do High Protein Diets Increase Kidney Function?

Protein intake for maintaining muscle was one point eight to two point four grams per kilogram of body weight per day. My recommendation isis somewhere between the middle and the top end of those ranges. High protein dieting may increase the likelihood of experiencing kidney problems, but we have to remember that observational studies can only show that two things are associated or a to be associated with each other.
