Is This a Cult of the Founder?

For a while now, there's been this cult of the founder. And we've seen adam newman being like the most prominent sort of founder to come a cropper. I think founders are still and will always be cor to the venture model. But i mean, tiger was so dominant 20 21, so i keep bringing them up. The old guard venture firms had to play that game. They couldn't even pretend theywere going to meddle in your business.
