How Do You Approach Capabilities Development?
We've got an amazing learning and development team, and we work quite closely with them for any opportunity to incorporate some of ther s or mythodologies that we use as a team. We also know that handholding and support is really important. This is our process. We're going to do a sprint and make it o scary and over the top, but work with them on something a so yet that's how we're working. And me personally, i learnt a lot. Wedid an innovation capability programme couple of years ago, and if i'm honest, it wasn't as etatic successful as i had hoped it to be. I quickly learnt it was because of the psychology of change
