Yen: The present is only place in which you have agency. You can't change the past by thinking about it, or the future by projecting it. When you are able to be where you are now, you enter sort of like a non judg mental state. Yen: Every time i forget that all i need to do is just be myself right now, ah, that's a win. But then when i forget that, that's, to me, it's like parallel to a relapse.
